Cregg, Friday 18th Feb 2005
The medals presentation to all the 2004 winning Junenile teams was held in the Annaghdown GAA clubhouse last Friday 18 th Feb. Well done to all players, organisers, parents, kids and presenters in attendance as it was a very pleasant night which ran very smoothly down to the refreshments served up after the event. A big thanks to the Galway GAA sports stars that turned up on the night, as presenting medals were Joe Bergin, Eugene Cloonan, John Lee and our own Adrian Murphy. Medals were presented to the U-16 footballers on winning the Galway A League, to the U-16 hurlers on winning the C Championship, to the U-13 hurlers for winning the City League and to the U-12 hurlers for winning the Roinn 5 County Final and being runner-up in the City League.
