Visit of the Killeagh Club from Cork

The Killeagh Club from Cork were hosted by Annaghdown last weekend. On Saturday we played Killeagh U-14's losing out to a what was a stronger Cork side. In the U12 grade we played Killeagh and Castlebar Mitchels with both our 'A' and 'B' sides winning some and losing some games. Thanks are due to all the parents who helped out in making the weekend such a success by sending up sandwiches and goodies, all that helped out providing refreshments during the day, the referees, the team mentors, the girls who looked after the shop and the people who hosted our visitors from Cork. We are invited back down to Cork next April.
