PICTURES

This Fotofile begins a photo of Coaching in Corrandulla School from the Early 90's. It figures John Mc Gath and the hurling board coach for the area at that time Tony Qualter.

Next up is a picture of a Milwaukee Hurling Team. We hosted 42 members of the Milwaukee Hurling who hail from the city of the same name, in the state of Wisconsin, in the northern heartland of the United States for two days coaching as part of our Easter Hurling Camp in April. More photos and details here.

Kieran O Connor and Cathal Gaffney contested the County final in Moycullen on Friday last and were unlucky to lose out on the third game. A picture Gallery of the event is available by clicking here. Annaghdown Handball and Racquetball Club have their page on the Annaghdown GAA club website here.

Next up we have some action photos from the Annaghdown v Corofin minor football league game played in Cregg on March 2th. The game ended in a 1-10 to 0-13 draw.

A Country Horse Run in aid of the Collins/Duggan fund was held on Saturday 31st March 2007 and we have pictures of jumps, on the road and general pictures from the event on our website. We have one of the organisers of the event featured here. Click on the Open book at the bottom right hand corner of the the display to show all the photo albums available and allow you to select the different ones. More Photos here.

On Thursday night last (April 5th '07), there was a Presentation to the Under 12 football Panel in the Club House at Cregg, they won the U12 'A' Final and were runners up in the U12 'B' Final after loosing by a point in the replay. We feature both panels with their mentors here. More photos expected in the near future.

The sun shone for the Easter Hurling Camp attended by the Milwaukee Hurling Club and a number of press photographers from both local and national press as well as TG4 visited the event. The TG4 piece will be available by clicking here just select Thursdays Nuacht (12 April 07) and forward the clip to around 23mins. A big thanks to Joe Canning who demonstrated hurling skills and gave some very good tips to our future players. He also presented the medals to the 2006 U12, U14 and U16 winning teams from 2006. There were also speeches, presentations and refreshments. We had a number of our own photographers plus loads of our Milwaukee friends had cameras so we will surely see more pictures on both websites over the next few weeks. Thanks to all who helped out during the week especially Seamus Collier, the local Fas workers and the ladies who provided refreshments during the camp and on the presentation night. We have three pictures from the week here while more pictures of the events are available by clicking here. Click on the Open book at the bottom right hand corner of the the display to show all the photo albums available and allow you to select the different ones. There are four in this collection. Thanks to Kevin O Connell for taking these photos.

Finally we feature action from the U14 Ladies Football game between Annaghdown and Caherlistrane which Annaghdown won. More photos of this here.
