History

"Outside the north side of the demese is a pretty bit of landscape, and a 'flash' of water called Athcloigín, or the 'ford of the little bell;' and beyond it the mills of Cregg, near which the tourist, if travelling by the road, can turn down to the like by Winterfield, through the parish of Annaghdown;"
